Some people say to flash freeze first, but I just allow the egg bites (or egg muffins) to cool down, then seal them in an airtight container or freezer bag and store them in the freezer for up to 3 months. Allow frozen egg bites to thaw overnight in the fridge before zapping them in the microwave to reheat.

With breakfast burritos that have eggs in them, I wrap in parchment or wax paper and then with aluminum foil, then put them in a Ziploc bag to freeze; same with thawing overnight in the fridge and microwave or bake to reheat.
