How do you figure out the size of the serving for a recipe
I’ve been using the meal planner and it gave me a recipe for two servings( left overs) but it doesn’t say how much one serving is. For example, the recipe calls for 1 cup of cooked rice, which is easy to figure out but the main course doesn’t say how much to eat per serving. And if I add the meal to my daily log, it puts in the whole recipe, not just for one meal. Any tips?

I weight the final product and serve myself half. If logging it puts in the whole recipe, I log 0.5 of it.
