Hi, I’m Mandy
I’m in the middle my journey, I started at 330 pounds and I’m 5’3”. I came to myfitnesspal to try to get my nutrition house in order. I’ve been strength training for about 2 years and I’ve lost about 60 pounds. Ultimately, I want to burn my membership card for the 200 club. Right now I’m wanting to cut serious weight for the Pump&Run that is a part of the Arnold Schwarzenegger classic in Columbus, Ohio.

oh wow, what a great post!
Congrats on the hard earned loss, and on taking up the weight training.
For me- and ymmv- what worked was doing different things to change it up: weights, Pilates, cardio, power yoga, running (ugh! Not my fave, but I tried!) and lap swimming.
I only do things I enjoy or that challenge me, and have found that doing different a tivites, they are very complementary to each other. One works what the other doesn’t.
Are you weighing your food for accuracy, and logging it?
