Getting there is the hardest part!

Just a week in to a healthier me (again). This time, I cut alcohol completely and re-joined my jazzercise class. So far, I’m already down about 5lbs. I love my class! I’ve been a part of the jazzercise community for many years, but Covid & relocating threw a wrench in my routine. Now I’m back at it.
its hard getting my bones outta bed at 6AM but always feel so good when I’m done w a heart pumping, fun, sweat sesh.

Already sleeping WAY better, my blood pressure has dropped and is even slightly below the average 120/80 and I feel great!
I refuse to go the ozempic route. Old fashioned sweat and lifestyle changes for me.

    Best wishes and prayers for a successful journey! There will be highs and lows but you got this!! Pray every day about your plan and goals for weightloss. God will be your foundation for strength!

    well done - I am in a similar position . I don’t want to try the injectables . I am off work with stress . 2 weeks into a bit of self care back at the gym after 5 years , my BP seems to have stabilised , back at work next week fingers crossed . I would love to get up at 6 !!!
