9/10 DNW ST 45 min in cardio zone and 10,168 steps

9/11 DNW and no workout.

9/12 DNW ST Back and Triceps. I hit triceps the most to tighten loose skin. 35 min in cardio zone and 10,867 steps.

9/13 DNW I spent the day with my 5 yoa DGC. We went to a trampoline park and I was chasing him around and playing like I was a teen again. I even did toe touches. I had 58 minutes in cardio zone and ended with 10,214 steps. Believe it or not I was going to also do ST but my gym had water issues which impacted assessability. So I went shopping because my clothes are too loose for me now.

9/14 176.2 This was a church and meal prep day. My busying around clocked 28 minutes in cardio zone and 7705 steps. So count it as a rest day.
