Calcium goal in mg instead of %

Many of the users track calcium to help prevent bone loss. My MD has recommended a certain amount of mg per day. It would help tp be able to track mg to adjust supplementation. Is MFP 100% based on the older 1000mg, 1200mg, 1300mg??? If I knew that much i could do the math and alhough it is a pain in the ***** it would help. Now I am thinking that you are using the old 1000mg. Do you adjust requirements for age???
