    Hello and welcome,

There are lots of options for fitness. I can't run myself (torn meniscus, osteoarthritis), but cautious experimentation helped me learn that rowing and cycling are workable for me. It's an individual thing, but in my case I'm OK with knee pressure in a straight-line hinging motion, but impact and torque make things worse. That makes rowing (boats when I can, machines when I must) and cycling be good activities for me.

There are many, many other forms of good cardiovascular exercise besides those and running, too.

Do you have a physical therapist, or can you get a referral to one? Not only are those folks great at providing rehab exercise, IME they're also good at suggesting what regular types of exercise can be safe and effective within our individual constraints. There are wheelchair athletes with excellent fitness, not to mention challenging YouTube exercise videos aimed at people with those constraints, so there are definitely options that are good exercise, but limit knee stress.

    Best wishes!
