9/8 177.5- Rest day due to DOMS

9/9 176.8- ST- leg day-33-minute workout with 5 min warm up. 19 min in moderate zone and 7 in vigorous zone (Added a second workout to my day which pushed me to 77 minutes in the zone and 5.93 miles for the day).

9/10 177 (.2 gain) - IE fast food today. I typically do not eat FF but I was on the road driving quite a bit today. I managed to get into my office at 2pm and trying to get myself perked up for a post work- workout (ST). I am dreading it because the gym will be packed with students.

I typically do not weigh myself daily because I can become obsessed with the scale. I’m trying to focus more on WOE. Planning a healthy dinner.

9/11 DNW- NSV I purchased workout pants a few weeks ago in advance for cooler weather. I tried on my new pants, and they were too big. I had to roll the waist band over and they still were way to lose. I am seriously losing inches.

My only activity for the day was in place walking, squatting, dancing around and standing. I had a super busy day at work and with my DGC.

9/12 DNW ST Back and Triceps. I hit triceps the most to tighten loose skin. 35 min in cardio zone and 10,867 steps.

9/13 DNW I spent the day with my 5 yoa DGC. We went to a trampoline park, and I was chasing him around and playing like I was a teen again. I even did toe touches. I had 58 minutes in cardio zone and ended with 10,214 steps. Believe it or not I was going to also do ST but my gym had water issues which impacted accessibility. So, I went shopping because my clothes are too loose for me now.

9/14 176.2 This was a church and meal prep day. I clocked 28 minutes in cardio zone and 7705 steps. So, count it as a rest day.

9/15 DNW. Workout was a Cardio/lift session for 45 minutes. I also did 15 min warm up on the treadmill at 3.3 mph and 2.0 incline. 78 minutes in cardio zone and 11,401 steps.

I tried 3 new Mediterranean dishes and loved them. I substituted the olives (YUCK) for Capers and Root Vegetables.

9/16 174.9. I am taking 1/2 the day off to play tennis with my DD.
