I have been using the free app for several years and decided to move to the premium +.
my account has been charged but my app has not changed from the free version. Anyone else experience this?

Are you using the web browser version of MFP, or the phone/tablet app?
Many of the premium features only show up in the phone/tablet app.
If you're using the phone/tablet app, and premium doesn't show up there, then the best route would be to contact MFP support through the Help link. The MFP staff doesn't generally read all posts here in the Community.
