Losing Weight
Hi there! I am new to MyFitnessPal. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to lose weight quickly? I am around 250 pounds, I am a female and a type one diabetic and want to lose as much as possible as quick as I can. Thank you!

Honestly, my advice would be not to lose weight quickly. That usually requires extreme tactics. Extreme tactics are hard even to stick with long enough to lose a meaningful total amount of weight, let alone live with permanently to stay at a healthy weight long term. Fast loss is a trap.
I understand that you have T1D, which may make it useful to lose weight faster than some other people. But there are things you can do like improving diet quality and adding sensible exercise to better manage your blood sugar levels without going super-extreme.
Consult your doctor, ask for a referral to a registered dietitian. Don't just dive into "lose weight the fastest possible". That can be dangerous, as well as risky to long-term success. Think primarily about making permanent, tolerable/practical changes to routine eating and activity habits in ways that will help you gradually lose weight, but more importantly manage your blood sugar levels and keep you at a healthy weight long term. That's a different mindset from "lose weight fast".
Best wishes!
