Not new, but back at it

About 5 years ago I weighed about 300 pounds after giving birth and through my mom's cancer diagnosis. When she passed, I lost 120 pounds through anxiety and poor nutritional habits, I tried medication to help and ended up gaining most of that 120 pounds back.
I'm ready now to get my health back in check, and lose the weight in a healthy way. My will power is strong and I'm finding it easy to stick to a calorie deficit eating whole food.
Ive been following the "If I can't make it myself then I avoid it." I've lost 20 pounds so far in about 5 weeks, but have a long way to go. My fitness pal definitely helps keep me accountable, and I've realized how little portions really are compared to my previous eating habits.
