    Congratulations to you! That is awesome! I joined MFP in April and have lost 20 so far; same premise as you . . slowly but surely we'll win the race!!! It's a lifestyle change so definitely something you want to approach in a reasonable manner.

    Yup! Everything went well and he was out of the ICU/hospital in record time :) He's a really sporty guy so I guess that helped him to heal very fast! Thanks for asking!

This journey is far from over so I urge all of us, myself included, to keep fighting for what we want! It is really up to yourself to take control of your situation!
