Tired of it all
Hi Everyone,
I have decided to start a road back to health after a lot of family trauma and pain. I have a small hernia from diastisis recti and I have high cortisol levels, I am sure, from stress and age (I am 51). But I am determined! I am going tovmake 2026 the year of transformation!

good for you. But there’s a lot of transforming that can be done in 2025, too!
I started September my first year, and was already down 30 by December, and more mobile.I learned that “I’ll start tomorrow/next Monday/New Year’s Day” just never happened. It was just starting period that worked.
There are few instances in life that really highlight the truth of the old adage like weight loss:
Never put off til tomorrow what you can do today
You sound like you’ve reached the point I did. “Tired of it all” sounds very familiar. It was also way more motivating than….errrr….”motivation”, which can be false and fleeting. Take that gut wrenching annoyance, desolation, irritation and exhaustion and start today0
