Hi everyone, I’m Lucia 👋
I’ve actually been using MyFitnessPal on and off for over 10 years. The first time around, I successfully lost 20 kg by tracking consistently. But after I stopped logging, my weight slowly crept back — about 1 kg each year.
Now I’m back with a fresh mindset and determined to reach my goal weight again (from 63 kg down to 55–58 kg). I’m focusing on sustainable habits this time:
⏰ Intermittent fasting (9 AM–4 PM window)
🚴 Daily cycling (about an hour)
🌀 Hula hooping for fun and fitness
🥗 Experimenting with healthier recipes (especially with oats, bananas, and gluten-free baking)
I know this journey is about consistency and accountability, and that’s why I’m here again. Looking forward to reconnecting with the MFP community, staying motivated, and supporting each other along the way! 🌟
