I was logged in this morning, now cannot log in...

I was in the app this morning, it worked fine. I am able to log in and use the website.

But, generally I use the app. Now at lunchtime, It wants me to log in, which I usually am alredy logged in. But I can't. Says email/pw not working. I tried 3x to reset PW, never get the email.

So I chatted with virtual agent, and that seems to be broken too, as I am in a circle of "before we get you over to an agent, let's collect a few details…" which is email, name and user name. I did that three times, and then I get back to the start.

So, now posting here in the hopes that some help will happen. I did notice that between this morning and afternoon, it seems the new food diary kicked in. I wonder if that causes some glitches?

Yes, I've checked the app, my phone - all apps/devices are up to date. Nothing is in spam/junk.

    AND, because I tried, unsuccessfully, to reset p/w and those emails never came, now I can't even update my p/w here on the website because it says to check the emails that were sent.

    Also note, I'm a premium member, it that should help at all.

    And the virtual chat bot has asked me for my info six times now, but never get a virtual agent.

    Well, I finally was able to update p/w on the website, and was finally (after 45 minutes) able to get back into the app.

    Case closed / problem solved. 😁
