I know food logging is a great habit.

I am hoping To be healthier, choose better and move more.

We all know it is not rocket science. But the application and commitment is a learning curve.

    This is me too! Been up and down in weight and motivation, but I want this to be a lasting change. On an 11 day streak with a goal to get to 150 which is 60 pounds away. Every journey starts with a single step! Enjoying more vegetables and fruit to start.
