What’s a good way to get calories in?
I’m having a really hard time getting enough calories. I’m on a medication that suppress my appetite and increases my metabolism.

Some people find drinking calories less filling than chewing, so maybe consider juices or smoothies?
Fats are the most calories dense macro, so consider fattier meat/fish (some fatty fish are high in Omega-3 fats, as a bonus); nuts, seeds or nut/seed butters; full fat dairy foods; adding oil/butter to cooked veggies; creamy dressings or mayo.
Avocados are high fat, but also high fiber, so might be too filling.
For some people, spreading out eating into more but smaller meals/snacks can help increase total calories without overwhelming their appetite.
If your nutrition is reasonably dialed in, adding treat foods would be a valid option, too.

Use cream instead of milk, extra cheese on eggs, sandwiches, mayo instead of mustard. Nuts & dried fruits are low volume and high in calories so eat up!
. . .Basically, this is the REVERSE of 'things I do to reduce calories'.

nuts and dried fruit. Dried fruit is a super food as well. These are good calories with nutritional value.

I take ADHD meds that blunt my appetite. I most frequently used to miss lunch because it just never occurred to me. I started setting an alarm and having at least a small lunch when the alarm went off. Phone alarms are a lifesaver!

💯 it’s challenging! I am in maintenance now and slowly bring up my calorie intake (weekly) until I can get up the recommended amount without feeling sick and bloated. I also am adding back the things I previously cut out for weight loss, some have been mentioned already. And enjoying (mostly healthy) dessert even if it’s a piece of dark chocolate that I add my favorite nut butter to.
