I take classes at the gym like barre, Pilates, etc. how do I log these

Unless you have some kind of device that tracks, or the instructor has some idea, I'd say use the entries entered already into the Excercise database. Both Barre and Pilates have entries. Will they be correct? No way to know other than to use them for a while and see if your weight changes in the way you think it should.
