I've found lots of great recipes on various blogs, often by typing in "healthy" along with whatever I'm searching for: healthy instapot chicken and dumplings, healthy brownies, etc. Or add "keto" if you want low carb offerings.
Cookie and Kate has tasty, lower calorie recipes.
All Recipes and Taste of Home host mega-collections of recipes, but TofH is not particularly low cal.

Have you checked out the recipes in the MFP blog?
I'm not a big recipe user (I "just cook" because I've been doing this for decades), but the recipes I've tried from the blog have been good. Another useful thing is that occasionally they reblog recipes from other sites, and they say what the site is or provide a link to it. Therefore, if you see an interesting recipe on the MFP blog that's one of that type, you can go check out the original source site.
Here's a direct link to the MFP blog recipe section.

Note that there's a keyword search (magnifying glass icon) and subheadings under the Recipes link that let you look at recipes by meal and other sub-categories.
