    December 31, 2024 Weight: 158.0 (10-day average 157.2)
    September 27 (Starting Weight for this challenge): 157.4 (10-day average 155.0)
    October goal: Get below the top of maintenance weight range (153 pounds)
    Ultimate goal: Stay in maintenance range between (absolutely 140 - 153 and ideally 142-148)

    I report scale weight and (ten day average weight), and I post on Saturdays.

    Total loss for October: Almost a half pound. Not much, but two weeks with a little bit of loss. That's better than some two-week periods lately, so I'll celebrate this tiny, tiny success. I'm down 2.6 pounds for the year.

    Ultimate Goal Weight: undecided... somewhere between 135-145 lbs

    September 27: 148.4 lbs

    October 4: 146.6 lbs This one is misleading - I had a very small dinner and ate early, so there was much less in my gut than usual when I stepped on the scale in the morning

    October 11: 147.8 lbs That's back to about where I'd expect it to be
