10/01 โ 183.0 โ๏ธ (Trend Weight โ 183.9) Halloween Candy month will be a challenge for someone like me with a ferocious sweet tooth. However, Iโm going to stay positive and when I cave (as I periodically will) I will try to remember that tool called portion control. Good luck this round everyone. Iโm definitely one of your cheerleaders and biggest fans! We can Do this!
๐๐๐๐๐ 10/05 โ 186.0 โ (Trend Weight โ 184.4) Itโs been a horrible undisciplined week which included everything from devil-may-care behaviors that donโt serve me to emergency feeding frenzies during severe diabetic sugar drops. However, the exercise has been excellent this week and the addition of so much fall yard work that never seems to end is helping to burn many calories. I must not get complacent though. Weight loss begins and ends in the kitchen and you cannot outrun (or out-rake) the fork!

I donโt know what happened. On Friday, I was down 2 lbs. Now, Iโm up almost 2 lbs. I logged food all weeks and was in a deficit for the week. I deep cleaned house on Saturday, and I walked yesterday. So, Iโm really stumped as to why I went up.
Ok, next Monday this will be better. It has to be!
