A breakfast with staying power

2/3 cup of rolled oats
4 oz. plain greek yogurt
1/4 to 1/2 cup of blueberries
4 walnut halves crumbled
dash of cinnamon
1 or 2 packets of Domino light - all natural

This will stick w/you for hours - love it and it's abut 320 calories - Enjoy!
