Give me advice

I was morbidly obese.I lost 23 kgs by lots of strength training,some cardio and a clean diet.However my lower body still looks terrible and I need to loose 10-12 more kgs.All my weight goes to my belly,thighs.I have a better upper body and visible biceps.Yet the weight does not want to bulge easily.I hate low carbs as I feel very sick and also don't like calorie counting.I LOVE STRENGTH TRAINING

  • Eat at a deficit, lift heavy and be patient. Do plenty of lower body and core exercises - deadlifts and squats are going to be your best friend. But mostly, its the deficit eating that is going to finish what you've started.

    Keep it up... 23kg is a great success!
