Thank you all for the support during my brief bout of grief-induced anorexia. I have been able to restart my digestive system by eating slowly, eating yogurt, rice, and soup, and then slowly adding more solid food. For the past three days, I have managed to increase my calories to not only over 1200, but way over the 200-400 I had been stuck at for the last month-or-so!

My mood is up, my brain is firing on all cylinders, I don't have a headache or stomach ache, and I have the energy to work out! I am looking forward to getting back on my plan to gain muscle and increase my fitness.
