Cheat days

damir00 - No problem, it's a safe assumption to make as there are plenty of larger servings in superstores. I just tend to always go out of my way to find something more modest.
MzManiak - I didn't mean I eat 1600 on a cheat day, probably closer to 2500-3000 on that day.
Would that be what I'm doing now then? Eating below maintenance on non weight days and above on weight days? Or do I need to have a consistent daily calorie intake? Like for example eat 2200-2300 calories a day.
My gym provides a trainer as part of the package who I have a one to one session with as and when required and he comes up with a weight programme for me which gets updated every few months.0
