Pistachios. Also, I roast and salt raw almonds at home sometimes - and I make spinach chips, like kale chips, with garlic salt.
Oh! Frozen veggies, nuke them first and then brown them in the skillet with a teaspoon of butter or olive oil. Makes a great guilt-free crunch and the fat is satisfying. And roasted green beans, 20 minutes in the oven at 425.
But if I'm craving potato chips, I'll usually just make room in my calories to measure out a serving of potato chips and eat them with my sammich.0 -
