Dont give up, keep logging everything you consume. Maybe consider lowering your calorie goal.

I hear you on that one. What type of foods are you eating? Are you getting the full effect of eating protein? Once I started tracking Protein is when I started to lose weight again.

Your best friend is lean protein because that will fill you up and keep you full, and high fiber foods will do that too. I say lean because added fats mean added calories and it's tough to get a calorie deficit on a ribeye/ although many claim that you are so full after the ribeye, you're not fighting hunger, you're fighting habit, boredom etc.
I've taken split chicken breasts, bone in, skin on, and roast them with a ton of onions and carrots or whatever veggies you like… BUT I do it at lower temp, like 325 or so. That way, when they're done the skin is pale and soft, it takes NO willpower to get rid of that bad boy, but the veggies are flavored with the chicken fat and whatever other seasonings you use. You don't want to be in a position of having to resist things like crisp chicken skin. But if you MUST have it, take it off the cooked bird, put it on a paper towel lined plate and nuke it till it's crisp. That gets rid of so much fat, but what you're left with is yummy crispy goodness. with most of the fat gone.
