Incorrect Information

The green check verified for boneless skinless chicken breast shows sodium to be 10 times higher than what it is. How can we trust them if they are this inaccurate?

The food database is mostly crowd-sourced, entered by regular users like you or me. That's true even for bar-coded entries. Some people are accurate, some aren't. Also, IMU, some packaged chicken has been plumped with a salt/water mixture. Maybe that entry is an example?
I have no idea who "they" are in your post. Is "they" MFP? MFP didn't add most of the food data.
I've done pretty well here by making sure I select and log foods from the database that accurate match the label of what I'm eating, or match the USDA food database values for foods without nutrition labels. That's what I'd recommend.
