Change diet plan to high fiber
I just had a colonoscopy and 2 polyps were found as well as diverticulitis. I was instructed to switch to a high fiber diet.. how do I change this in the app?

Are you using the eating plans in MFP Premium+? If so, I don't know how to change that.
If you're just using regular MFP, you'd simply work on getting more fiber-rich foods into your eating routine, such as veggies, fruits, whole grains, and that sort of thing. Then you'd pay attention to the fiber totals in MFP.
If you'd like, you can switch out one of your diary columns and replace it with fiber, which is what I did. (I dropped sugar, since that's already included in carbs, but you might prefer a different change.) If you don't want to do that, you can use the Nutrition option in the phone/tablet app, or the Reports in the web version of MFP, to view your fiber totals.
One warning: If you're eating low fiber now, increase gradually. It takes some adaptation in our digestive system and our microbiome to handle extra fiber well. Adding a big bunch all at once has some risk of causing gas, bloating, constipation, diarrhea or other digestive distress. Increasing it more slowly has less risk of that. I eat 40+ grams of fiber daily and know of people who eat even more. I have no problems. Usually it's fine if you work up to it gradually.
Also, be sure to get enough water/fluids and have some fats in your overall eating, to help with smooth throughput of the added fiber.

Well, it's more nuanced that just do this and everything is better. More fiber can potentially increase diverticulitis and may not necessarily reduce polyps depending on the source material you put in your mouth. I would suggest getting another opinion or two.
