Duplication issue

Today when I entered a meal, the entries were doubled. When I started to delete the duplicates, the whole entry was quadrupled. I was able to delete everything eventually. Then I entered my snacks. Again, everything was doubled. When I entered my exercise, all the exercises were doubled.

I've had this happen from time to time, but never for everything I tried to enter.
