Long time user looking to set plateau

Ten years ago, I using MyFitness to lose weight. I couldn't seem to drop from 212. Now, i've gone from 215 to 202.2. My goal is to get to 199 and stay there, give or take a pound, for 3-4 months.
After that, I'll shoot for 190. I'm 6' and want to feel better, fight high BPl, and get waist to 34.
