Need motivators!

I’m new here, and starting a fitness journey (again). In the past, I’ve always done low carb, and it works, but this time I’m going to try a more balanced diet approach. I’m currently 5’7, 212 pounds, and wear around a size 14. My goal is to be a comfortable 10. I’m predicting that a size 10 for me will equal about 170 pounds. I’m naturally muscular, so I’ll never be a skinny girl.

    Hi!! I’m new here too, sort of 😄 I’ve used MyFitnessPal before, and it’s worked, but I’m ready to make life long changes. And I too won’t ever be a skinny girl, but I want to be my best, healthiest self. How are you liking mfp so far?
