Hi, my name is Ali. I’m hoping to find the knowledge and support to regain my health back. Last year, hubby had quintuple bypass heart surgery and I had brain surgery (MVD) for a chronic neurological pain disorder. We both need to lose weight and build muscle; hopefully this app will help.
