Oct weight and walk goals

I’m hoping to lose 5 pounds this month to add to the six I lost in September by 1) religiously logging all my food, and2) reaching my 5,000 intentional ( ie out for a walk) steps. I’ve added a Pilates class 1 day a week to build muscle and tone my core.

Fall days mean lots is sheet pan roasted chicken and veges and crisp apples for snacks.

I broke my “ must have” 5 o clock glass of wine habit.

Other suggestions ?
