Hi everyone

I'm new here and started back on my health journey a few months ago after a few years hiatus. This website and group seem to be a great way to keep track of my calories and exercise with group support.

Things I'm focused on - High protein, calorie deficit, cardio and strength training. Minimal sugar/carbs. No soda, alcohol, or sweets. So far, I'm down over 10 pounds and feeling more energetic and clothes are loosely.
