MyFitnessPal isn’t working yet!
I’ve been doing MyFitnessPal for two weeks and haven’t lost any weight! Today, after I weighed myself and saw I didn’t lose weight AGAIN, I blew my diet! I figured that I’m suffering enough and simply gave up. Has anyone else felt they failed at MyFitnessPal and blew their diet?

Hello and welcome!
I'd bet most of us have had some "two steps forward, one step back" moments. For me, eventually it sunk in that that kind of "I already blew it so I'll enjoy myself now and start over later" kind of thing was like going out to drive to work, finding a flat tire on my car, punching holes in the other 3 tires, and going back to bed. 😆
Here's the thing: Two weeks isn't very long. It feels super long if we feel like we're trying really hard, but realistically it takes 4-6 weeks (or one whole menstrual cycle for women of relevant age/stage) to know the overall average effect of a new regimen.
That's extra true if starting new exercise alongside changes in eating style, because either of those can increase water retention for a while, or result in more waste in the digestive tract on the eating side (such as from more fiber) masking fat loss on the scale. Even fast fat loss of 2 pounds a week is a mere 4.6 ounces of fat loss per day, just a jot over a quarter pound. In contrast, I've had my water retention or waste in the digestive tract make my scale weight fluctuate by as much as 6 pounds from one day to the next. Bodies are weird!
I'm a big fan of two things. One is making a relatively easy plan, even if that means weight loss will theoretically be slower. When not feeling that "working soooo hard" thing, it's easier to achieve the 2nd thing, patient persistence. Sometimes a theoretically-slower routine we can stick with consistently will take us to goal weight in less calendar time than an aggressive, challenging plan that eventually causes bouts of deprivation-triggered over-eating, breaks in the action, or even giving up altogether.
For me, reaching a healthy weight (and staying there for nearly 10 years since) has been a major quality of life improvement. It wasn't easy every second, but the effort it took in my case turned out to lead to very big benefits. I'm hoping you'll find the same.
Give yourself some grace for having an off day, maybe tweak your plans to minimizes chances of a repeat, then get back on your healthy track. If you can do that, everything will be fine in the long run, I predict.
Best wishes!
