hey there i’m new here and ugh not really sure how to go about this. i’ve currently been told a lot especially about my health and weight i was told by my doctor to try this app im very open to taking any type of help for myself since im just starting the work out and eatting healthy thing.

    It's hard to change habits, but you can do it. Start tracking everything you eat and drink, and pay attention to the information the app provides about nutrition and exercise. A healthy life is worth the work!
