Hello Everyone

My name is Lynn, I have been using the app on and off for years tracking my food intake. I recently did some research and started increasing my protein and fiber daily and started working out at least an hour a day. I work from home so my activity level is not that great but I do try to increase my steps daily as well. So far I have lost about 16lbs since about mid September. I have a better understanding of how to stay in a calorie deficit but still struggle with getting in the protein.
