    Hi hi

    I had some soy most days.

    An oscilating stand fan

    Used an oversized down lap throw on bed that could easily adjust, stick feet out, flip off...

    Took a few minutes to destress/daydream happy things when felt cranky - muttered 'this too shall pass - often! LoL

    Does soy help? I eat soy at least twice per week and haven't had any symptoms except a shorter cycle which is fine with me!:D

    A few servings of soy a day helped ameliorate the intensity of hot flashes in lieu of hrt. I used 1 serving each meal; unsweetened milk mornings and the beans or tofu with lunch and dinner.

    Essentially micro-dosing. It was enough to take the edge off.

    I’m having difficulty with perimenopause weight gain as well. I seem to be gaining weight quickly as if I’m pregnant, but I’m not. I’ll take all of the advice I can get.
