Looking for friends for a push start

Looking for some friends to give me a push start I log every day, but finding it hard to keep motivated and trying to come up with something different to eat sometimes ideas would be apriciated

    I need motivation as far as my eating goes too! Im not the cleanest eater.. but I do try to keep a bag full of grapes at my desk to munch on instead of candy? Grilled chicken for dinner is always a big one at my house.

    I always keep almonds on hand for snacking, they are a good source of protein. There are so many websites that will give you recipe ideas. I stay away from processed foods and frozen dinners. I always have fresh ingredients to make salads, use mixed greens instead of ice berg lettuce. Be careful of using too much dressing. Good luck.

  • Feel free to add me (anyone)! I'm usually a creature of habit... when I find something that works I stick with it until I start jagging on the food. So far so good :)
    Almonds are great! and also hard boiled eggs (If you can stand them ! haha)
