VOLUME RECIPES!

I have soo many recipes that have helped me through low-calorie diets by making me feel like I'm not dieting at all. For example, the recipie below are so good and high in protein too, you have to give them a try! Also, feel free to post any of your own low-cal high-volume recipes. If you want more recipes from me, comment, and I will be happy to share more!
- zero sugar chocolate "buns"
ingredients:
1 cup egg whites
tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup stevia/other zero sugar sweetener
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 container milk and cookies, zero sugar Chobani yogurt
.33 package zero sugar chocolate jello mix
directions:
whip the egg whites on high until stiff peaks form
add in the stevia and cocoa powder and baking powder but dont whip again, instead, stir with a spoon.
on parchment paper form 3' diameter circles about 2 inches high and bake on 350 for about 10 minutes or until brown (they will puff up, dont worry) it should make about 8-10 "buns"
in a seperate bowl, mix the chobani yogurt and jello mix to create the filling
once the "buns" are done pipe the filling into the center
thats it! the total calories (for the entire batch) are 250 calories and 40g protein
