Addicted to fitness

Just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Kristin and I am addicted to fitness. The last six months I have seen huge changes. I am currently in the best shape of my life. I was never what most would label "fat", but I was far from fit. My goal has changed from weight loss to gaining strength and muscle mass. I am seeing definition in my arms, legs and abs and I just want to see more. I love talking about fitness, diet and motivating my friends to start getting into shape.
