hey everyone. I've been on fitness pal for years decided at the beginning of 2025 I'd take a break, I was bulky, which was not what I wanted and I was very tired, waking up at 2am and going to the gym 4-5 days a week had worn me out and I completely stopped going to the gym. During my nine months away I lost all the muscle growth I had grown and lost 25lbs. I miss the muscle so this time we have new goals. My main goal now is to maintain my weight for the most part and just get cut cause I'm lean now at 135lbs. I've been back at the gym for about a week or two now which feels great but still trying to figure out the meal planning part to avoid bulking again.
