Hello
Hey people, starting my muscle-mass weight gain journey today. Looking to bulk up and add a solid but healthy 35+ pounds to this amazing machine of mine. I’m currently slim-jim status but with a very chiseled and cut physique. I’m 6’3 and 166 lbs. of lean muscle, no body fat. Been the same size since my high school days. I’ve attempted to gain more times than I can count. It’s always been an uphill battle to sustain gains given my metabolism which could easily burn a hole thru several layers of petrified wood planks. I appreciate your thoughts, comments, feedback in advance.
