    Hi Hi

It can be difficult to turn down treats, especially in the silly season ahead.

You sound motivated, which helps! There are active groups who advertise various activity grouos over in the MFP challenges forum, with new challenges starting beginning each month, if you're interested.

I volunteer at an art museum. We always have boxes or trays of treats left over after events or weddings.

I have taught myself to ignore them.

I pack and take my own lunch, usually nice leftovers from dinner the night before, a protein bar, maybe a bag of carrots, or celery, an apple, some jerky.

Usually I take all of the above. I find other than the lunch, I only eat one or two of the other. It’s just happy-making to know they’re available and prelogged if I do want them.

I’ll take the leftovers home, return them to the fridge or drawer, and recycle the unused calories into something I know I’ll really enjoy- usually cottage cheese and frozen blueberries with a dash of blueberry vinegar.

For Me, knowing I have extra (and healthier) treats available keeps me out of the Costco boxes of chips and Cheetos, and my hands off the endless trays of crackers and cheese and calorie laden dip in their fridge
