Hola! Estoy acá para de una vez por todas ganar peso. Harta de que me digan que soy muy flaca, qué me pregunten "vos comes??" Y de tener frío todo el tiempo y sentirme débil. Se que es tan difícil ganar como perder peso, pero aquí estamos lo importante creo, lo mas importante es quererse aun antes de alcanzar el objetivo, sino nunca se alcanza de verdad.. saludos!

    Lamento informarles que en esta sección de la Comunidad solo se permiten publicaciones en inglés. Existe una versión en español. Vayan a una de las publicaciones y busquen en la parte superior de la página. Verán "Viewing the message boards in:". El cuadro de selección les permitirá elegir "Español" para la Comunidad MFP en español.

    Como alternativa, si no hablan inglés, pueden usar el Traductor de Google para traducir los mensajes del inglés al español, como hice yo en este caso.

    En mi experiencia, la gente aquí es amable y receptiva cuando saben que alguien publica en un idioma diferente al suyo.

    Hello and welcome! I am sorry to say that in this part of the Community, only posts in English are allowed. There is a Spanish-language version. Go into one of the posts here, and look near the top of the page. You will see "Viewing the message boards in". The selection box there will let you choose "Español" for the Spanish-language MFP Community. As an alternative, if you don't speak English, you can use Google Translate to translate messages back and forth from English to Spanish as I have done in this case.
