Virgin Active Glasgow?

Hey! I was going to try and join a gym in Glasgow and the Virgin Active one looked quite good. A friend of mine reccomonded it, she's stopped going (pregnant) but I wanted a second opinon

Can anyone reccomend it? Or any other gyms in Glasgow that they think are good?

I'll be going on my own so any workout buddies would be great as well
