Losing the pounds and making gains!

Hi, I'm Mark M Hobart I was a fat unhealthy dude for many years. During the past 2.5 though I have lost 140 pounds safely by diet and exercise. "My fitness pal", keeps me on track by letting me know how much I should be able to eat, and it definitely has helped me.

Could you please share with others what you did, how you created habits, what worked and what didn’t?
