Cytosport or Muscle Milk chocolate flavored... add some frozen raspberries or strawberries and blend for a smoothie! Vitality Bowls dessert bowl with vanilla whey protein... Has dark chocolate chips... 400 calories of pure decadence... Acai berries blended with apples into a sherbet, strawberry and banana slices, shaved coconut and dark chocolate chips! Mmmmmm! With a turkey, swiss, avocado, spinach, sun-dried tomato panini! Total for dinner last night was 725 calories... Too good!0
