Its difficult but I am trying to build small habits slowly.

If you post over in the health section, people will be happy to give advice. Make small, reasonable changes that you can maintain… like switching from regular to diet soda. Hold yourself to the expectation that everything that goes in your mouth gets logged. Before you eat it.
