New and ready to make changes!

Hello I am 28 years old 5'2'', 145lbs (ish i bounce between 142 and 145), and have been pretty inactive over the past few months. I would really like to get down to about 115 but i'm more focused on being healthy and feeling good and being active. For the past month i have been doing roller derby so two nights i week i skate for about and hour and 45 minutes and though i can keep up im dieing after and its made me realize how out of shape i am. I also eat pretty crappy and do a lot of late night snacking. I just need the help to stay motivated and be accountable.

    Welcome! I sear by myfitnesspal. It has really put what I eat into perspective and aided me in making better eating choices. The combination of watching what I eat and having a solid exercise routine has gotten me in the best shape of my life.
